Shipment

Our shipping timing for orders varies for different products and categories. It will be mentioned on the product page and confirmed on your order confirmation email. Any delays will be communicated accordingly.

There can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or unforeseen circumstances. Delays can extend up to 5–6 working days or more. We are not responsible for any delays, nor if a delay is not communicated to domestic or international customers who placed an order using any payment method.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and your selected location, and cannot be refunded.

We take no responsibility for any additional charges in terms of customs or duties charged by local authorities or governments outside of Pakistan. All custom charges must be borne by the customer.
